Reviews

"I have nothing but praise for Diana. Her combination of science and savvy was a big help to my interview technique. From conveying the right signals, to coping with being put on the spot, Diana really had me prepared. I had a job within two months. Thank you."

Lawyer (Government Legal Service)

"There are times when you can have significant life-changing pieces of advice from an adult in your life, I received this from Diana who taught me to 'bridge' from one subject to another in interviews, I used this technique in a fairly outlandish way for my Oxford interview and then, later, my job interview. I still use the techniques she taught me today and they have helped me get where I am."

Director of Pharma Co FTSE 100

"Thank you very much for your advice in April helping me to secure a position as an intern. I have been working all summer and will continue to do so until the end of the month. Thank you so much for all you have done. The experience I have gained has been unfathomable and I have enjoyed it immensely."

Tom (Masters Graduate Imperial College)

"The interview and assessment centre went really well. Yes, I did get the job and I am starting in September which is very exciting! Thank you so much for all your help."

Daisy (Trainee Accountant)

"Diana was amazing. She spent an hour on the phone with me a couple of years ago when I had thought about applying for an important voluntary role which requires an extensive interview. I then had three sessions with her before an interview as well as a fair amount of advice via email including a PowerPoint presentation. By the end of my time working with Diana I was actually quite excited about being interviewed and definitely felt confident and fully prepared. I could speak to her as if I had known her for years - it didn't take long for her to work me out and see what I needed to do and where my strengths and weaknesses lay. We did plenty of practice questions and she taught me how to answer without it looking like we had rehearsed them. Diana coached me in such a way that I learnt to appear relaxed and natural and could reveal my attributes at the same time as remembering what the interview panel would be looking for and thus remembering to emphasise the points that they need..."

Slongbot (Judicial System)

"Very helpful session with Diana, who is incredible at what she does, and extremely professional. A session with Stephenson coaching will be the most beneficial thing you do in your career search."

Ollie L. (Graduate)

"Diana's training services have been incredibly valuable and I have very much enjoyed working with her. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous in her approach to interview training and preparation. Diana helped me prepare for some senior-level interviews in many areas. Her training helped me not only identify and re-enforce my career strengths across skillset and business experience but also helped me improve areas of weaknesses and how to prepare for interviews in a more organised and detailed way. This helps to develop more self-confidence and self-belief in your own ability, which naturally comes across during interviews. Diana has taught me how to speak with far more authority, more confidence, and how to deal with high-pressure interview questions and situations with useful training techniques. I have taken away key learnings which I now use regularly in the business environment. I have no hesitation in recommending Diana's services to others. I will be looking to work with Diana again on other areas in order to improve my business presentation and performance."

Senior Communications consultant in the sports marketing industry

"Thank you so much for the interview training session - I feel a thousand times more confident. Talking about non-verbal communication was particularly helpful as maintaining eye contact and posture are the kinds of things that people don't think to tell you officially, but, as you say, are often the most important. It was unimaginably useful to see myself on film - not just a narcissistic opportunity, but it also highlighted all the little tell-tale signs I didn't realise I was giving out! The power of having to sell yourself to someone afresh who you haven't met prepares you a little for the adrenalin rush, and allows you to talk about your own specific worries. The session made me realise that selling myself doesn't look (quite) as arrogant as it sounds in my head, helped me recognise that it's up to me where the conversation goes, and, of course, reinforced how much I have to PREPARE."

Director, Financial Services Company

"Diana is a true professional with a clear understanding of what today's market requires in terms of presentation skills. She quickly gets to grips with the strengths and weaknesses of her clients and helps build confidence where needed. In my case, she was quick to identify areas of insecurity and help me overcome these through mock Q&A. She also taught me various simple but very useful methods for controlling the narrative. I couldn't recommend her highly enough."

Fund Manager

"I cannot begin to thank Diana enough for the support she gave during my job hunting. From general job hunting advice to preparing personal statements to interview preparation, her guidance, mentoring and nurturing were outstanding. She taught me how to present myself both in written and verbal form, answer questions with confidence and how to approach the process as a whole. I would recommend her at the drop of hat. There is no doubt in my mind that she gives you the edge. Thank you, Diana."

I can imagine that many of you reading this will have done the same. BUT... have you ever:
